Results from tests which will be carried out into the death of Sinead O'Connor could take weeks.
Coroners say no medical cause has been given in her death, at the age of 56.
Tributes have been pouring in since the singer was found unresponsive at home in London on Wednesday.
Cathaoirleach of Wicklow County Council Aoife Flynn Kennedy says Sinead O'Connor was loved by the Bray community when she lived there.
"She was a big part of the community.
"Sinead could often be seen sitting outside her house, enjoying the view of the seafront.
"She was a part of the community, as well as an amazing artist."
Meanwhile a book of condolence has opened for Sinead O'Connor at Cork City Hall.
It will be available for signing from Monday-Friday from 9-5 for two weeks.
