New material is expected at 2pm today
It says it'll publish significant new evidence relating to Leo Varadkar's leak of an IMO agreement at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
He faces a Sinn Fein motion of no confidence in the Dáil tomorrow for sharing the contract with a rival GP group.
Green MEP Ciaran Cuffe says whatever happens, people in cabinet must stick to the law:
"You are going to see another set of stories from the Village Magazine today and who knows what will come of that. But I certainly think it's important that any member of cabinet is in compliance with the law and if somebody is seen to break any significant laws of our country, then I think they would be no longer fit to sit at Cabinet"
