Watching two hours of TV a day could minimise health problems

It's thought only watching two hours of TV a day could minimise potential health problems.

A study by the University of Glasgow found it decreased the risk of heart disease and cancers.

It's suggested that if everyone were to only spend two hours in front of the telly, there would be 5 percent fewer deaths overall.

Dr Hamish Foster, who carried out the research, says watching TV can lead to bad habits:
