It's after the BBC suspended Gary Lineker for breaking the rules and Tweeting about UK immigration policy.
Regulars on the programme, including Alan Shearer and Ian Wright, are boycotting the show in solidarity with him.
Sky's Rachael Venables says the row could go further:
"It doesn't just involve the commentators but also football players as well, some of whom may be deciding to boycott speaking to the BBC after their matches, with the Professional Footballers Association -the PFA- saying they will fully support any players who don't want to fulfil their media duties."
