A mysterious sound kept some Cork city residents awake later than usual last night.
Garda Press and Fire Control say they have had no incidents matching the sound.
A resident who lives in the Wellington Road area contacted RedFM News overnight to say the loud noise could be heard between 10pm and midnight and wondered if anyone had any idea what it is.
