The investigation into the leak of a GP contract by Tánaiste Leo Varadkar has concluded, and a file has been sent to the DPP.
Gardaí have made no recommendations in the case - and a Garda spokesman says they will not be commenting any further.
The leaked document at the centre of the controversy contained details of a deal which the then government had provisionally agreed with the Irish Medical Organisation.
The investigation was launched after Mr Varadkar confirmed he had leaked a copy of the contract to a friend, who was at the time the president of a rival organisation.
He later apologised for his actions in the Dáil, and insists he has not broken the law.
