Iranian state media has updated the number killed in twin explosions in the city of Kerman to 103.
The blasts were at a memorial event for Kassem Soleimani - the top Iranian commander was killed in a US drone strike in 2020.
No-one has claimed responsibility for today's attack and local officials are blaming terrorists.
