A judge has thrown out part of a case against Kim Kardashian in the lawsuit brought by model Blac Chyna.
She used to be engaged to Kim's brother Rob - and is now suing the family for 100 million dollars over lost earnings.
A court has ruled that no statement was provided during the trial from Kim which was defamatory towards the star.
A case for interference with a contract still stands, though.
