More than 4 in 10 business leaders believe Irish companies are likely to introduce a 4 day week in the coming years.
Two thirds believe they could do it without negatively impacting on their operations, according to a new survey.
3 in 4 also think more tech companies will relocate outside of Dublin after the Covid-19 pandemic.
CEO of Midlands based tech firm 'Sidero', Carmel Owens, says offering a 4 day weeks a great way for companies to attract top talent.
"Companies are really starting to reimagine the concept of the workplace - it's undoubtedly hybrid will be the new norm.
"The opportunity to reassess your work life balance when you've been at home - companies offering a four day work week when there's a huge demand for talent, that could be very attractive for employees."
