Over €21,000 worth of cannabis has been seized in Youghal as part of Operation Tara
At around 10.30pm last night Gardaí conducted a search of a property on the Gold Links Road in Youghal.
During the search cannabis herb with a street value or €21,500 and other drug paraphernalia was seized.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and is currently being detained for questioning at Midleton Garda station while investigations are ongoing.
