James Nesbitt, Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar Jones have all been confirmed for the Fastnet Film Festival in Schull at the end of the month
Organisers say this year's festival, which runs from May 22nd to 26th will captivate audiences with a focus on horror
Feature presentations including "Evil Dead Rise" by director Lee Cronin and "Double Blind" by screenwriter Darach McGarrigle, while writer/director Gerard Stembridge will also lead a Horror Symposium over the weekend.
The event will also feature over 200 short films, 18 feature-length screenings, local interest films, outdoor cinema events, and a world cinema program with contributions from 40 countries including Scotland, Iran, Poland, Japan, Germany, India, Sardinia, and Portugal.
