The vaccination centre in Munster Technological University, formerly CIT, is offering the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, without an appointment, to those aged over 16.
The head of the HSE says 18-thousand people availed of walk-in Covid-19 vaccination centres this weekend.
Paul Reid tweeted 50 percent of those were aged 16 to 17 years old.
Walk-in centres continue to operate today in 26 locations.
Today's walk-in centre in MTU in Bishopstown is the last one planned in Cork for this weekend.
It will be open today until 4 o'clock.
UCD Professor Julien Mercille of the Independent Scientific Advocacy Group says the centres have been a success:
"We saw the walk in vaccination centres now, young people are really, really queuing up so that's really good. So we always say it's not too difficult to vaccinate 70% or 60% of your population with time, but it's really really hard to get to 90% - 95%. But in Ireland we have a really a big advantage here in that people are, they want to be vaccinated."
