Petrol and diesel prices have fallen for the fourth month in a row.
The latest survey from AA Ireland shows both petrol and diesel dropped by 4 cent a litre this month, to an average of €1.68 a litre.
Its 17 cent cheaper than last September, however fuel prices are still higher than last summer when prices dipped to around €1 57 a litre for petrol in May of 2023.
