91% of people have been vaccinated against Covid-19 in Ireland.
According to a new IPSOS Poll out today for the Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association, only 10% of people believe the pandemic is over.
The research also showed that peoples trust in vaccinations is increasing.
Bernard Mallee, Director of Advocacy with the IPHA said vaccinations are very effective:
"People do have confidence in science, as the best defense against infection with vaccination is extremely effective in stopping serious illness and death. We would encourage people to get those other vaccinations because other diseases are out there and they can be stopped by vaccination."
