A pedestrian has been knocked down in The Square in Skibbereen this afternoon

Details are sketchy but Gardai have confirmed to RedFM News that the incident happened at around 12.30am and Gardai are still at the scene.
No details are available as yet of any injuries and the incident is not having an impact on traffic flow in the area.
