Action by French air traffic controllers has led to the cancellation of the Carcassone flight out of Cork this morning
Airlines which transit over French airspace are all facing disruption as air traffic controllers there protest over an increase in the retirement age.
Two Ryanair flights from Alicante and Tenerife due into Cork this morning have been delayed by over an hour with the Cork/Reus flight due in just before midday now delayed until 1.05pm
Dozens of flights into and out of Ireland today have been cancelled, passengers with concerns are being advised to check with their airlines.
