Alleged Arms Contract Appears To Offer First Hard Evidence That Iran Has Sold Ammunition To Russia For War In Ukraine

An alleged arms contract appears to offer the first hard evidence that Iran has sold ammunition to Russia for its war in Ukraine.

The 16-page document, dated to September last year, apparently shows orders worth almost a million euro.

The authenticity of the papers have not yet been verified independently.

Sky’s security and defence editor Deborah Haynes has more:

“It’s says it’s a contract between Iran’s Ministry of Defence and also the Russian export and import company. They believe it’s samples of different types of ammunition, rounds for artillery guns, and for tanks”.
