An Bord Pleanála has received an planning application for a 191-apartment development in Blackpool.
The build-to-rent development would be known as the Distillery Quarter and would mean the conversion of Hewitt’s Mill into apartments as well as the construction of of three apartment blocks.
An Bord Pleanála’s decision is expected before March.
