Another cold snap is on the way

There’s another cold snap on the way.

Temperatures dropped to minus one degree overnight… and there’s more to come.

Alan O’Reilly from Carlow Weather says temperatures will drop further as the week goes on:

“We had high pressure just to the south of us, which has kept was mainly settled and dry but also milder than much of Europe. However, temperatures will begin to drop back through the week so unfortunately it doesn’t look like that mild weather will persist with some cooler weather but not too cold coming our way.”
