Average house prices increased by almost 4% from March to June - the largest three-month gain in nearly two years.
The latest daft.ie report has also found a slight increase in homes for sale around the country.
It comes after daft.ie reported a 9.5% increase on housing nationwide in the last year.
However, the report shows potential changes in the coming months in regard to rising prices, with more houses becoming available to buy.
