Ballymaloe and The Dough Bros – the collaboration we didn’t know we needed
Galway pizzeria Duo ‘The Dough Bros’ have teamed up with one of Cork’s finest food producers for a brand new pizza kit.
Taking to their instagram account to make the announcement, the Best Pizzeria in Ireland 2021, told their followers:
“The Dough Bros X Ballymaloe Relish 🔥
Yep you guessed it (well most of ye anyway😉) Were kicking off the year with a big Collab with one of the Country’s finest Food Brands, @ballymaloefoods 🍅
Over the years we’ve whacked their relish on many a burger and in plenty of sangers 🥪 We’ve paired up to prove that it too goes well with pizza, and very well if we do say so ourselves 🕺
We’ve come up with 2 different pies for these kits:
1 . Our cult classic Meatball Hero pizza paired with the Ballymaloe Fiery Relish 🔥
2. An all Irish 4 cheese pie paired with the OG Ballymaloe Relish
