Birds at Fota Wildlife Park and Dublin Zoo moved indoors

Dublin Zoo has followed the lead set by Fota Wildlife Park and has moved their penguins and ostriches indoors to protect them from bird flu.

The Zoo says it follows advice from the Department of Agriculture, with the majority of birds off-view until further notice.

Last month, Fota Wildlife Park introduced new safeguards, including moving some of its birds indoors also.
