Blackrock Water Mains Replacement Works Begin Monday

Works to replace over 1 kilometre of water mains in Blackrock will begin on Monday.
Irish Water and the City Council say the works on Beaumont Drive are needed to replace a section of problematic pipes with modern ones.
A stop-go traffic system will be in place on short sections of the road and customers will be given a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to any planned water outages.
The work is expected to be completed by mid November.
