CAB seize €20,000, almost £15,000 pounds, luxury watches and designer handbags in Cork, Dublin, Meath and Louth
A search operation in Cork, Dublin, Meath and Louth took place today as part of an ongoing investigation into money laundering.
Over 100 officers from CAB and local Garda units, with help from Customs searched 15 different locations throughout the day.
Documents and files were also seized along with phones, laptops and hard drives.
One man was arrested in connection with the operation and is currently in custody at a Dublin Garda station.
The Criminal Assets Bureau conducted search operations in Dublin, Meath, Louth and Cork today as part of an ongoing investigation into organised crime groups where cash and a number of high value items were seized.
