The Higher Education Minister has confirmed third level will return on a staggered basis from next week.
The Teachers Union of Ireland wants FFP2 masks available on all campuses as well as rapid tests.
It’s also calling for the messages around mandatory mask-wearing and ventilation to be reinforced.
