China loosens Covid-19 restrictions following protests

China has relaxed its rules on controlling Covid-19, seemingly paving the way for policies that will allow people to live alongside the virus.
Those who are asymptomatic or have mild cases will no longer have to quarantine in a government facility.
Schools which have not seen an outbreak must return to in-person teaching.
