Cork Chamber report shows more than half of its members set to hire more employees

A new report from Cork Chamber has found that over 60% of their members expect to hire more employees over the next year.
The Economic Trends report for the fourth quarter of the year found that 92% of respondents report they have confidence in their business.
Seven out of ten businesses also reported that they offered a hybrid working option to new hires in the final three months of the year.
Fully remote roles proved rarer in 2021 with just 30% of Cork Chamber members hiring someone who only works from home.
