Cork Chamber urges employers to prepare for new post-Covid work environment

Cork Chamber says the post-Covid era will offer great opportunities to redefine and reshape the workplace.

The group are urging employers to prepare for a new post-Covid workplace environment as thousands of employees return to the office on a phased basis from this week onwards.

The group has launched a new partnership with Adare Human Resource Management to ensure Chamber members who employ over 100,000 people have access to employment law advice and human resource management.

Speaking to RedFM News, Conor Healy from Cork Chamber outlines the thinking behind the partnership.

“It will have to work well for everybody.

“I know that business and Chamber members are taking that very seriously.

“We’ve just launched a new partnership with Adare Human Resource Management to help our members to get back safely, and to ensure that all of the information that businesses need, that employees need, and that employees and team members need and that it’s at hand for all those people.”
