Several Irish people could become millionaires later tonight.
The Euromillions jackpot stands at €230 million, the highest ever since the multi-national lottery was launched in 2004.
So far, 17 Irish ticket holders have won the jackpot.
Sarah Orr of the National Lottery says, if the top prize is not won tonight, over €20 million will filter down to the next tier of winners:
"If there's a match five plus lucky star winner, the additional funds will flow down there. So for tonight's draw, we're actually estimating that approximately €21 million could flow down to the next prize here with a winner. So, we could see multiple millionaires from tonight's draw."
