Farmers to mount protest in Cork city tonight against Government’s climate action strategy

They are warning the government that the strategy will decimate Ireland’s largest indigenous sector.
They’ll also hold protests in Portlaoise, Roscommon and Cavan today to voice their concerns at current policies.
Farmers will gather at Emmet Place in the city at 8pm with some bringing tractors and will travel to Grand Parade.
