A ferry service to Dursey Island will commence on Friday the 20th May.
The service will be provided by L.C.F Marine on behalf of Cork County Council and the Department of Community and Rural Development under an Interim Licence issued by the Department of Transport.
The ferry will replace the Dursey Island cable car which is closed to allow safety upgrade works to take place.
