Finland is having its electricity supplies from neighbouring Russia cut-off today.

The Russian state-owned power firm insists it’s because bills haven’t been paid for over a week.

But many analysists think it’s retaliation for Helsinki’s desire to join NATO – something Moscow views as a threat.
