Funding has been announced for a feasibility study on a tidal swimming pool in north Dublin.
€50,000 is being made available for the project in Balbriggan.
It’s part of almost €6 million in government funding announced today to develop 200 outdoor adventure projects across Ireland.
The money will also help create an equestrian trail in Wicklow, link cycle routes in Clare, and improve access for water sport in Cork.
