G20 leaders will not pose for their usual group photo this year due to tensions over the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The Indonesian hosts of next week’s summit are understood to have scrapped the picture because of geopolitical issues.

While President Putin is not expected to attend, Western leaders are believed to be reluctant to be photographed with a representative from Russia.
