A hospital boss in northern Syria has criticised the international response to the recent earthquake there and in Turkey – which has killed tens of thousands of people.

Admin manager, Salahedin Abdulsalam, says the United Nations did nothing during the first four or five days.

Visiting doctors from Canada say the UN should be ashamed over the lives lost.
