Inflation Rate In Eurozone Estimated To Have Fallen To 6.9% In Year To March

The inflation rate in the Eurozone is estimated to have fallen to 6.9 per cent in the year to March.

That’s down from 8.5 per cent in the 12 months to February, according to Eurostat.

However, the rate of inflation varies for different sectors.

Food, alcohol and tobacco is expected to have the highest annual rate in March, at 15.4 per cent.
