Irish Mail on Sunday: National Children’s Hospital Hit With Another Setback

The much-delayed National Children’s Hospital has been hit with another setback, according to the Irish Mail on Sunday.

The builders, Royal BAM, were due to provide the NCH board with a progress report on the ‘date of substantial completion’ of the hospital – in February.

However, they have missed that key reporting deadline.

The hospital is not expected to open until March 2025 – 11 years after its intended start date.
