A leading careers consultant says more immigrants are needed if the Irish economy is to continue growing.
It follows CSO figures showing unemployment is at its lowest level here in 21 years.
The statistics show that an extra 36,000 people joined the work force in the past 12 months.
Economist Jack Kennedy from Indeed says if immigrants aren’t enticed in to Ireland, employers could face problems in the coming years.
