New estimated inflation rates show lower income households experienced cost of living rises of up to 10.2%, in the year to June.
That compares with a rate of 8.2% for highest income households.
The annual rate of inflation is 9.1%.
The figures were compiled by the CSO, which looked in greater detail at the impact of rising prices on different households.
