MCD: Electric Picnic ‘a long shot’

The chances of Electric Picnic happening this year are a “long shot”, according to MCD.
The festival at Stradbally in Co Laois is due to take place at the start of September.
But updated restrictions on mass gatherings are in place until the end of August.
