Michael D. Higgins and Micheál Martin to attend service in memory of Queen Elizabeth in Belfast

President Michael D. Higgins and Taoiseach Micheál Martin will attend a service in Belfast later, in memory of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth.
King Charles will also attend, in his first visit to the North since becoming the UK’s head of state.
