Motorists are being urged to be cautious this morning as heavy fog has made conditions treacherous for drivers in the City.
The Cross River Ferry between Cobh and Passage has been suspended this morning.
Fog will clear later on this morning, with cold temperatures predicted for tonight of between zero and four degrees.
