New public health advice for Covid 19 comes into effect today.
We’re being told that unless we’re in a high-risk group we no longer need to test for the virus.
Instead the latest HSE advice is to stay at home if feeling unwell.
It comes as the community testing centres across the country close their doors today.
The HSE says that because of natural immunity and high rates of vaccine uptake, they’re no longer needed.
