New Section Of Dunkettle-Midleton Cycleway Opened Today

A new section of the cycleway, which will link Dunkettle and Midleton, was opened today.
Both public and private sector bodies co-operated to develop the cycleway by the IDA Business & Technology Park in Carrigtwohill.
Stryker, the major multinational medical technology company, provided land for the newly completed section, which was constructed by IDA Ireland, as part of a Cork County Council-led initiative to offer alternative transportation routes and reduce car usage in the county.
