Woman taken to hospital following a building fire in the city

Emergency Services including the Gardaí, National Ambulance Service and four units of the City Fire Service were alerted to a fire at a building on Western Road at just after 11am.
A woman is receiving treatment at Cork University Hospital following the fire, which is now understood to be under control.
The Fire Service are asking people to use caution on approach.
