Pairc Ui Chaoimh to host 80 refugees

Páirc Uí Chaoimh is set to host 80 refugees for a number of weeks.
The Irish Examiner reports that the plans have been confirmed by the Department of Integration, with housing set to be allocated at the Blackrock end of the south stand in the stadium, which was previously used as a Covid 19 vaccination clinic.
Páirc Uí Chaoimh staff will provide support to the management company that is overseeing the day to day operations of accommodation.
The facilities are being provided until September 23rd, with games and events and the stadium continuing as normal.
