A post mortem examination will be carried out today on the body of a woman discovered in County Roscommon.
She was found dead in Kilglass yesterday.
The woman was discovered unresponsive shortly before 9am yesterday in Kilglass, in what gardai are describing as ‘unexplained circumstances’.
She was found dead inside a house.
The body of the woman in her 30s has been brought from the scene to University Hospital Galway.
The Office of the State Pathologist will carry out the post mortem examination today, the results of which will determine the course of the investigation.
Gardaí in Castlerea are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
