Protest to be held in Cork to call for an end to the housing crisis
A protest will be held in the city tomorrow calling for an end to the housing crisis.
Housing activists have organised the socially distanced rally for Grand Parade for 12.30 this Saturday.
The protest is being supported by a number of political parties, NGOs and community groups.
The Echo reports the National Homeless and Housing Coalition as warning rents and house prices continue to rise in Cork and that the recently announced Housing For All plan stands to change nothing.
