Protests continue in Minnesota
Protesters have clashed with police for a third night in the US state of Minnesota, following the death of a young black man.
20 year old Daunte Wright was shot by a police officer – who says she mistook her gun for a Taser and has since resigned.
Hundreds of people ignored a curfew in Minneapolis on Tuesday night – fireworks were thrown and police responded with flashbang grenades.
His mother Katie Wright recalls the moment she phoned her son after it happened.
“The girl that he had in the car answered the phone, it was on a FaceTime.
“She was crying and screaming and she said that they shot him, and she pointed the phone to the driver’s seat and my son was lying there, unresponsive.”
