Vladimir Putin’s been accused of “fairytale claims” – after he alleged Nato was preparing an invasion of Russian land.
The Kremlin’s used a military parade in Moscow to tell people that any military action in Ukraine is a “necessary response” to Western policies.
Maria Mezentseva, a Ukrainian MP, says Putin’s objectives are clear:
“Putin tries to vanish, Ukraine, as an identity as a nation and that’s why he recently targeted a very prominent Museum in my home region in Kharviv.”
